We ship via DHL Express or UPS Expedited Services, offering you a fully insured door to door service, If the Lladro figurine ordered is in stock delivery to Europe is 1 to 2 days, 3 to 4 days to the USA and Canada, and 4 to 5 days to the Rest of the World. On the other hand if not in stock, add 2 more days.

Notification of Dispatch and Delivery:

As soon as your order has been shipped out you will receive an email from us with a shipment number for online tracking purposes.

Guarantee, Damage and Returns, Refunds and Exchanges:

We follow the strictest of quality controls before shipping any of our products and hence will only accept return of goods that are flawed or imperfect if informed within 72 hours of receipt. Goods must be returned insured in the original packaging, within 7 days after delivery. Once inspected, item/s will be replaced and return shipping cost reimbursed. If the item/s cannot be replaced only then a refund will be provided.

Exchanges are not accepted after 14 days of receipt of the goods, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once goods have been shipped.

Damage or Loss:

All products are shipped fully insured against breakage and loss in shipment. The same 72 hour (3 days) period after delivery applies to report any damage that may have occurred in transit, this must be notified to us by email, with clear images of the breakage. Original and outer packaging must be kept for inspection by the insurers and in case the broken goods are to be collected. Failure to notify us of the damage within the 3 day period may result in loss of insurance coverage, and beyond that point no claims will be accepted.

Should the transport company fail to deliver within reasonable time it will be considered lost and a replacement shipped at no charge.

Payment Method and Currency:

We accept all international credit cards. All prices exhibited in our website are in US Dollars. All transactions as we are based in Spain are made in Euros, using the official exchange rate of the day in which the order is placed to calculate the Euro amount to be charged. It has been noted that some credit card companies will charge a foreign conversion fee. Montinas is not responsible for such charges or fees if any and will not entertain any claims pertaining to any excesses noted if at all, that are not originated by us.

Taxes:

Prices Exhibited are Free from Value Added Tax ( V.A.T.). Taxation will be ruled by the laws applicable at the country of destination, and hence we are not responsible for Charges if any that are levied by Customs or Local Authorities upon receipt.
